Keep fighting fit by taking part in our Thai martial arts programme.

Professional boxing trainers from the Thai Boxing Association and from the Sport Authority of Thailand coach our classes for beginners, intermediates, and advanced boxers. Beginners enjoy beginners enjoy the self-defense basic lesson Intermediates take part in a group class, while private lessons are available for advanced boxers.
